Are your cookies and cakes freshly baked?

Yes! All of our cookies and cakes are baked fresh to order in small batches to ensure the best quality.

Returns & Refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on food.

We understand plans change and we will accommodate changes to your order where possible. Please note if changes are made within 7 days of order collection we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Cancellations/Changes to order

Deposits on custom cake orders will not be refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of pick-up/delivery.

A 10% fee, along with the cost of any custom toppers/decorations ordered (if applicable) will be incurred for cancellations made prior to 7 days before event/pick-up/delivery date.

If the date of your event is changed, no additional fee will be applied providing a minimum 7 days notice has been provided.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we require a photo of the defect so that we can assess refund eligibility. Without a photo, we are unable to assess your claim.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Do you offer custom cakes and cupcakes?

Absolutely! We create custom cakes and cupcakes for birthdays, weddings, and special events. Head to our cake enquiries page and send us some details about your next event!!

How long do your baked goods stay fresh?

Cookies are sealed prior to posting to ensure maximum freshness. We recommend consuming your cookies within 2 weeks. If cookies are not going to be consumed within 2 weeks we recommend freezing on delivery and then enjoying upto a month after.

When will you ship my order?

We typically process and ship orders within 2 business days. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (So your freshly baked goods are not stuck in transit over the weekend)
